Late Pass (w/ Manager Approval)

The Perfect Punctuality Late Pass is a one-time-use benefit available for purchase in the HTG Store. This pass allows an employee who is late 1–20 minutes after their scheduled start time to remain eligible for Perfect Punctuality for that month.

Employees must still follow all attendance procedures, including notifying their Manager if they will be late. This pass does not excuse attendance policy violations and may only be used once.

Why it matters:
Perfect Punctuality recipients earn 25 HTG Bucks, are recognized for their commitment to attendance, and are eligible for consideration in Employee of the Month which earns 50 HTG Bucks. EoM also contributes toward eligibility for Employee of the Year recognition.

Restrictions:

• One-time use only
• Applies to tardies of 1–20 minutes
• Manager must be aware you are running late BEFORE this is purchased.
• Non-transferable
• No cash value
• Does not excuse attendance policy requirements or Manager notification procedures

This pass is intended as a courtesy benefit while still promoting accountability and strong attendance habits.
